Hello friends! And happy holidays.
I am excited to share my 2022 Year of Intention workbook! This is my second year offering this and I have updated it a little from last year. We start off with a review of the previous year - what have you learned, how have you changed, and a final goodbye to the past 12 months.
We then move onto the 12 months ahead! You are offered questions to help you outline your goals and dreams, whether you want to create big changes for 2022 or polish and refine parts of your life. The world is your oyster! Writing your thoughts and ideas down is such an important step towards living a life you love.
A big part of the process is picking a word (or several) to live by for the year. This word will be your anchor - something that helps you feel inspired, encouraged, empowered. It can be a mantra, an affirmation, a verb, anything! This can be a daunting task, so next week's Well•Being Wednesday will be a few journal activities to help you narrow it down.
It is important to note that I got this idea from Susannah Conway. I had done her version of this, Unravel Your Year, for many years, but wanted to condense it so it was more accessible for what I wanted to get out of it. You can find her offering when signing up for her newsletter here. Thank you, Susannah, for creating the inspiration for this kind of journaling and intention setting!
This workbook is free to you, and I hope it inspires you to live a well intended year ahead. Please enjoy and I would love to hear any feedback you might have. Next year I am hoping to offer a hardcopy so you don't have to use up all your printer ink!
